When will my credit card be charged? 

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?
Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in New York.

How do I use a promotional code?

After you have finished shopping, click on your shopping bag and click "Checkout” Prior to completing your order you will be asked to enter your promotional code.

I have a question on my charges.

Click ‘MyAccount’ at the top of the Web site. You will need to enter your User Name and Password.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Click ‘MyAccount’ at the top of the Web site. You will need to enter your User Name and Password. Click on the ‘Print invoices/receipt’ link under ‘My Orders’ section.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
